Up at 6:30 am. Mornings are nice when it’s quiet and drizzling. In the studio by 6:40 am and today I really did it. Finished mixing the most tender song I’ve let out of my fingers. It’s called “Whispering a Prayer” and it was written for Ireland for it’s Celtic overtones, but it was recorded in Buenos Aires. This song is so sweet. It’s amazing how things start as a simple idea and then after some time and a lot or work you just sit back and listen and it’s all right there. The only problem is that we played 3 shows in Buenos Aires and I have 2 good versions. I don’t know which to use…
