So do you have a Line 6 Spider 3, 4 Amp, and what do you think of it. Each to their own, its not about whether its a moddling amp, its that you like the sound it makes etc.

Who Uses Line 6 Spider Amps?
Bleh, I hate peavey... We once had a no peavey rider, not that we enforced it, we just wanted to see what we could get away with.
I like the line 6 stuff when it comes to a practice session or a get up and go unmiked jam, other than that, meh. I have an axe fx ultra, no comparison in sound quality.
For what its worth, I used line 6 flextone 2 for years until I got my axe fx ultra,

Had one for a couple of years! And they're are pretty good. I prefer my Mesa Boogie over it anyway! The effects portion of my Spider 4 is really cool though. For live performances I would get an amp that has tubes, but if you're doing practicing at home it's a pretty good amp!
I used a Line 6 Spider II both times my band deployed to Iraq. My main gripe is all the tweaking necessary to get the volumes on various presets to match. It got the job done, and held up to a lot of abuse, and a total of two years of extreme temperatures (130 degrees in the summer.)
On a short tour last month, I played my pedalboard into a PODXTLive, and it sounded great. My board was a SolidGoldFX buffer, VOX Big Bad Wah, EH MicroPOG, MXR Classic Overdrive, MXR Distortion+. EH LPB-1, TC Electronic The Dreamscape, MXR Carbon Copy Delay. Went from the XTLive straight to the mixer with great results.

I've got a 1st-gen red-face Line-6 Spyder (1X12, 50W), and I've been pretty happy with it. It does a pretty good job of doing what I need it to and does so with a minimal amount of trouble.
The matching pedal boards are a must with Line-6 amps though, as the versatility increases tenfold with them.
