Thank you for the quick reply. I was assuming due to the untraditional format that may be the case.Jeroen wrote:Not quite sure yet, but usually for these type of shows, it's very difficult to do an EVO.
If there will be one, we'll be posting about it for sure.

What would be the best way to find out for sure? (any specific site to check for availability/updates)?
The show was exceptional! Steve came out and played 3 songs with the symphony, then went backstage while the composer went through a few different pieces talking about musical history and theory. Not a symphony fan, but it was pretty interesting. After the break Steve rejoined the symphony for the rest of the show. I am spacing on the exact songs that were played, just that they were all mind blowing. I had the perfect perspective, Steve never moved around the stage and I got a perfect view of him working the frets for the entire show, very cool! I was skeptical of the "Still small voice" song, it is indeed him holding a sustained note for 17 minutes while the symphony played, but it was very moving somehow. My only complaint is they didn't play another 5-6 hours.
Also I was way under dressed, a very symphony crowd, I just had a Satriani shirt with jeans, least they we're clean lol. No autographs after the show, the loading bay didn't look accessible and I didn't feel like going back to the car for the guitar. Hopefully next time he does a regular tour I won't be too broke to spring for the Evo experience so I can meet the entire band and get my Jem signed.
