I am using Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky...sometimes it skids....

Alright guys is this normal or have i beem bending wrongly? I cut my fingernails already and when i bend , the string gets stuck under the nail...it gives me quite a shock sometimes.

it happend i thin 3 times to me, always a slide on a thin string after playing some improvisation. i was playing for about 8 hours without rest, so i think that's what my fingers didn't like...

got my first real six string, played it till my fingers bled

Hi there !

Now that my finger is usable again, i gave myself a nice reward.
I went down the music shop, bought a 09-42 D'Addario pack o' strings, and totally cleaned up my Jem 7vwh, neck, pick ups, took off the vibrato and all, and put the new strings on, worked on to loosen them all a little, and there it was, so beautiful. I plugged it, and played with great intensity for an hour.

GOD => I LOVE PLAYING !!!!
