Well what you do is you imagine that your right arm is a guitar neck you see. (Assuming that you play "right handed.") Then you take your left hand and fret chords and play riffs on your arm like the real thing.

You could draw strings or tattoo them if you like on your right arm. I think that you can keep up alot of chops this way.

You can also move your fingers so they hit your thumbs, and that will keep up some chops as well.

I feel for you because I went to Afganistan on some chinese art tour and at that time instruments were banned there completely. Still the people were playing them those recalcitrants! hehe

Anyway you got to use some imagination buddy.

The olde Blues Cats used to get two nails and a wire and made music wit dat hehe. You have to make sure that the string resonates on something though.
