Unscrew the strap buttons on your guitar. Leave the screws threaded through them, then push the pointed ends of the screws through the holes in the fabric of the guitar strap. Screw down the strap buttons to the guitar again, which will secure the guitar strap between the wood of the guitar and the strap buttons. Hope that helps
I've got the same problem too... actually I have my straps cut shorter by a shoemaker but it's the only way I can play my guitar at the right heightCacophony wrote:the only bad thing i've noticed with dimarzio cliplocks is that the older straps were able to be put shorter , i'm only small so i like my guitar high up to play fast. And theres only one size screw available now which sucks.
