Share your thoughts of the low end of vais music. Who's your fav vai bass player ??

It's a toss up between Sheehan and bynoe for me.

I have to go Sheehan! Not to downplay the talents of any others, but his playing on the live in Astoria is phenomenal! And I kinda like his tone and style more than others.

Billy Sheehan for sure, I like Bynoe and Stu Hamm's playing but Billy is the best fit for Vai's band, my opinion

I prefer Bynoe. He's one of the best bass players I've seen live. Seeing him playing I had no idea who he was before that night I saw Steve's band.
