Wow. I thought 'end of an era', but that era ended long ago. Still weird though.

The man defined what it was to be an icon. He and Elvis. It won't be long before the wackos start seeing the two of them eating at Denny's.
Yep, the tv anounced MJ departure, stoping the program that was running on tv.al wrote:also - farrah fawcett died today
Well, he was part of history of the 20th Century. I believe nobody can denied that fact...
Thriller, something that going to stay forever, with the EVH solo, of course

Something that gonna stay in my memories forever. When I saw Zappa in '88 the show was sponsored by Pepsi. At that time the Pepsi commercial was MJ doing the dance and the hat trick

Before Zappa started the show, the courtains of the stage was closed and the comercial starts on the big screens while the crowd start to scream and put the hands on the head like pulling the own hair (like the women did in the Beatlemania era).
So, I saw someone opening the courtain stage a little bit and was nothing more than Frank head with the face like "what's going on?" then he looks at the screen and make a good laugh... yep, something that I will never forget, unless I start to have Alzeimer

Ohhh, Farrah Fawcett... Didn't know that

Ah, you gave me a grin, there.notavirtuoso wrote:The man defined what it was to be an icon. He and Elvis. It won't be long before the wackos start seeing the two of them eating at Denny's.
But not Denny's. Elvis likes Stuckey's.
My husband said he saw Elvis at Stuckey's

But it is sad. Michael was my first favourite.
And now... I feel almost like I've lost something.

I don't know...
But damn, he will be missed.

What an up and down evening, heard the news coming back from seeing BB King. On a megga high from seeing one Legend to hearing the passing of another. Very sad news, love and thoughts to his children and loved ones. RIP.
Farrah Fawcett too. As Lee Majors siad, "she was an Angel on earth, and now is forever"
