the new album is better, musically speaking.

on the first album, they would speed up unintentionally during songs.

I dig some Slipknot songs like Duality, Vermilion Pt. 1 and Pt. 2, Before I Forget... among others.

Vol. 3(The Subliminal Verses) its a good album.

Uhm....no. I was at last year's ozzfest, and they were quite terrible. On the other hand, Priest was awesome. Nothing compared to Vai though. WOW!

NO.

-I had to do it... In the beginning of this little Slipknot thing there were a few people just posting up "NO." and that was it...there haven't been too many NO's. in a while, so here we go. I've never liked Slipknot and don't think I ever will. I've never actually listened to any of their stuff to really comment about them. I have listened to enough of their stuff to say I don't like them at all though (like if I'm driving and I hear a song by them, might take me anywhere from 3 seconds to maybe 45 seconds to put a different radio station on, or just put in a CD like I usually do.

I've got all of their albums. Pretty damn good, heavy metal stuff. I used to hate the shit out of Slipknot. My friend told me to listen to them just to try it out. So I gave them a chance. It was fucking great. I saw them at Ozzfest last year. They tore the place apart. I think their latest album is probably their best work, as far as growing musically. Pulse of the Maggots is pretty intense. Disasterpiece off of Iowa is sick, too. I love that bass riff a couple of minutes into the song.

Am I insane?
first off.. are you drunk? lol nice spelling

and about the post, slipknot is cool but they get really old really fast. I like the whole 3 drummers thing hehe

i once saw a short movie called:
Mick Tompson shredding tips
all he did was play arpeggios but not lifting his fingers so thats like playing chords up and down and he was tremolo picking the e snare fast.......so that means no i dont.
