Steve on the radio.. In the UK?!

This topic will probably only apply to UK citizens, sorry. I felt I should share it though.
I was walking down a fairly quiet street on my way into town this afternoon, and my iPod had just stopped playing a track. But as I walked past a house with a front garden full of builders, I heard this familiar voice expressing their thoughts about Led Zeppelin. It stopped me dead. There's no way Steve can be on national radio! Did anyone else hear this?! Or am I just cracking up
