"The Audience Is Listening"
It may sound different than the Passion and Warefare version because there is no speaking over the track like on the recording.

the effect is called 'wah' or 'wah-wah'
the model he most uses is called the Morley Bad Horsie they are about $99-120 depending on the model.
Dunlop makes a pedal called the crybaby which is about $69 and does the same effect

If you look on the back of the DVD or CD you bought it will give you the track listing. You know, the one you bought from a shop that tells you which track is played by whom and when. The one you paid money for at a local retailer or internet store.

Actually no because when I buy a DVD or CD, I'm smart enough to know (as is everybody else) that there is a track listing on the case, and I'm not so dumb that I have to ask in an internet forum what songs are listed on the case.... I can't empathize with those with no common sense...
