By the way, rumor has it Barbra Streisand, The Dixie Chicks, Sheryl Crow, and Neil Young will all appear and jam on the encores. Can't wait!PSD wrote:Looking forward to meeting all New York City EVO Experience attendees in September. Just bought my ticket. Mikey,
When purchasing the EVO package for The Wiltern in L.A. I had the option of selecting it with a reserved seat or a GA seat. I selected GA because the last two times I saw Steve there (RI:R tour and ZPZ) the pit directly in front of the stage is GA. I'm assuming it will be the same this time around but would like to confirm if you have the definitive info. Thanks!

I agree, this has been a great year for concerts! So many bands are going on tour. Have you had a chance to see a concert at The Moore Theatre before? If so, how is it?

I want to get the GA seats for the EVO package at the Wiltern, but my Dad's making a fit and saying that he doesn't want to stand for three hours! And when I search the RSVD tickets, it's giving me seats on the 2nd floor! I'm getting angry! I want to get EVO packages, but my Dad doesn't want to stand!!!! I'm said to him, "Dad, if Steve Vai is right in front of you I don't think you're going to be worrying about you're sore legs!"litlgrnman wrote:Mikey,

B-O-O H-O-O Unless he has a physical limitation preventing him from comfortably standing you need to tell him to sack up! If he is that tired he can walk his ass back up to the concession area and find a seat. They are there for him and he'll still be able to hear. I'm pretty sure if I had to remain seating throughout an entire Steve Vai performance it would painful.guitarman13 wrote:I want to get the GA seats for the EVO package at the Wiltern, but my Dad's making a fit and saying that he doesn't want to stand for three hours! The solution is simple: buy one GA EVO ticket and one Reserved. You dad can watch from the balcony while you're in the pit. During the actual EVO Experience, everyone will be together in one group... but while the show is on, your dad can sit. The Balcony seats are actually pretty good, and a lot of people really like them.guitarman13 wrote:I want to get the GA seats for the EVO package at the Wiltern, but my Dad's making a fit and saying that he doesn't want to stand for three hours! It's 21+ becuase that's the venue policy - as the serve liquor and are in a casino.funnyguy12 wrote:Hey Mikey,

I just got my evo ticket for Boston! To say I'm psyched would be a ridiculous understatement!
Seat Locations: Section S, Row C, Seats (108)
I couldn't for the life of me tell how close to the stage that is because I couldn't find a decent seating chart. oh well.
