Well, im only 15 years old, or on wednesday om 16. So i got to have the permission of my parents. And i said that the best present for my birthday would be that tattoo. :D So i hope i get it. Otherwise, i will do it without their permission. or when im 18. But i want to get one now, and i want my first tattoo to be the Steve Vai logo!

You guys DO realize getting a tattoo is a matter one should think about for years, right? ;)
Before getting the actual tat, you should draw the logo on your skin with a black marker and leave it there for a while to see what it feels like.

I'm pretty sure a small logo on the bicep would be livable even if you changed your mind later down the track IMO anyway. Stuff like bands and artists you've loved and listen to for years you are probably going to like all your life so I doubt it's something you'd regret (unless it's something drastic). I plan on getting the vai logo on my bicep too but I'm more concerned about the condition of the needles and the diseases you can catch, I don't think I'd immediately take there word for it that they are properly sterilized.
