No, it is not a 401....... it is a diferent sustainer.....

The FLO's Sustainer...... the only way to get this is ordering directly from the Fernandes in Japan...... the sustainer is almost diferent in the fine adjustments....

A normal 401 sustainer has: FGC,VBC,AGC and MBC screwdrives..... the FLO's sustainer has only 2 screwdrives, the FGC, and the second i don't remenber... sahusahusahu.... i have it but i don't adjust it myself....

the FLO sustainer is a single-coin size humbucker pickup, and has a separate white cover to the rest of the hole.........

like this:

Mickey, my sustainer has just 2 trimpots...... i think the 401 has 4 or 5 trimpots....... if Steve's sustainer is a 401 ship with the same sustainer driver as mine........

however.... where can i buy one sustainer like this?

Mickey can you sell to me one sustainer 401 white?

The single coil driver is part of the 401 kit and has 4 trimmers - three modes: normal, mixed, harmonics.
The humbucker driver is part of the 101 kit and has 2 trimmers - two modes: normal, harmonics.

It's likely that you have a 401 driver with a 101 board. Flo has 4 trimmers.
but the harmonics do not pull off so easy
Make sure you use full quality batteries. Don't have the driver too close to the strings. Make sure your bridge pickup is relatively close to the strings. You can use the trimmers to increase the intensity to full max (willl shorten battery lifespan). Use .10 strings if possible for best effect.

you don´t have to use Toggle switches, you could also use Push/Pull pots as switches. So no trashed guitar ;)
