We know two things that Steve is currently working on with Ibanez:
1. The Jemini pedal
2. A new trem

Could there be a third project?? :D

Someone on a forum, I think this one, jemsite, or carvin said that Steve spilled the beans about that one at an Evo or meet-n-greet. If I come across it again later, I'll post a link to it.

Ya, but where was his foot in the photo? Perhaps Steve forgot to lower his frequency from the higher "Alien" realms to our lower Human realm and was therefor invisible?

Hmmmmmm

The more I think about Steve working on a new trem with Ibanez, the more hopefull I get. There is a reason why Steve sticks with the Lo Pro edge, so hopefully he'll get them to keep the positive aspects/feel of that fantastic trem combined with some newer tech (such as the zero resistance). I can't wait to see this, and as a gigging musician, I'm looking forward to anything that can make my life easier.

Maybe he's working on a non- locking trem. Remember the "Thomas Nordegg Featurette"?
This is what Thomas said:
...But I hope Steve will go in the not too far future without the locking nut. You don't need the locking nut up there. My friends whammy goes to zero every time."

So, who knows?
