Looks like a Krammer. Then again didn't Charvel go through an odd period to. + Hasn't it got JACKSON on the head stock in black. See the Curly J.

Those were slapped together by Steve and his then-tech Elwood (I believe) to help with the hole left by the theft of a bunch of his guitars back in the day (like the Steve Eye one, since recovered, etc.)
They're assembled from Performance Guitar parts, and along with the Green Meanie, helped define what the Jem would become.
