I know he uses an Inbaez Jem, but does anyone know the exact model he uses? Or what models he uses?

Always remember: There are no stupid questions. There are so many of us (include me) who don't know a real lot about the technical side of Steve and his gear. As far as I know, Flo is a Jem 777 FP (was original that flowery one and was painted white). And I guess, Evo was a prototype, but I'm not sure about it, maybe it is a Jem 7VWH?

It really Isn't a stupid question. There are sooo many JEM models out there. In the 2005 Ibanez catalogue Steve states that with the JEM series guitars he can walk into any store, pick a JEM7V off the wall and It'll be his sound. Evo is a prototype JEM7VWH and according to the All About Evo section portion of the website, it's no different from the production models, except it's more beat up and has an older Floyd bridge.

That's the JEM7SVBL. They stopped making them, I don't know why. Really awesome guitar.
