Ultimately, my taste is my taste and no one elses and if I don't like something, I'd like to find out for myself. You can discover lot's of great music if you keep an open mind and try stuff for yourself. No need for anyone to tell you what you should like or dislike. IMHO. J Best thing read in ages!

About taxes, yes, when you purchase something from another country and bring it to your country, you have to pay taxes...
