guitarlove, classical helped your theory? i spent a few years playing exclusively classical, and i didn't learn anything about theory from it. now jazz, if you want theory, that's where it's at. J I don't know WHERE you went to take classical classes, but what you just said doesn't make any sense.....

so, out of all the bass players you could pick, you pick yngwie? hopefully you're just trying to impress us with your knowledge that yngwie plays bass, but come on. What about Vic, Stu, Les, Jaco, or any one of the enormously talented real bass players out there? Arghhhh.

lastly you shouldn't talk crap about a band or guitarist just because they're not to your liking. uh, why not? i happen to think kirk hammet is a bad guitar player with no chops or original ideas. i don't really call that talking crap though, i call it my opinion, and if you think otherwise, you're...

I bought a pair of Behringer "Truth" monitors about a year ago and I think these things are fantastic! :) For the money($299) you can't beat it. And they're powered too! I did a comparison w/my buddies Mackie 824's, and we really couldn't here a difference. Well he was just a little bit pissed off ...
