I like it, but channel one seems a bit fizzy sounding. Satchurator or this... Hmmm... The Satchurator is more versatile IMHO...I own one and I think it's got an edge over the Jemini because you can blend the two distortion channels and the range of tones is very broad...There is also a lot more gai...

Right that's it. Your off my christmas card list. I could care less...I really don't care for stubborn, ill-informed opinions which are not substantiated by established facts. At which point did I state they are selling the pedal in England for £50? I didn't. What I was demostating was the value of...

99.00CAD=50.0361GBP No offense, but your calculation doesn't show anything besides a lack of understanding of basic economics...Are they selling it for 50 GBP in Britain? No! The price in Britain is 85 GBP, which is the equivalent of $168 CAD. The Brits are paying more for the pedal, not less... :r...

Re: Where did you purchase this at?
Svelt Pen Said: Where did you purchase the pedal at? Steve's Music Store, Toronto, Ontario, Canada...They gave me a quote over the phone of $99 because they have the best deals of anyone in the country, but when we went to pick it up, it was listed at $119. He honoured the price he quoted me though...

Utter Tosh! Wood isn't required for great tone: No but all the best songs ever recorded have used wood. Different woods give different tonality's. Either being surface mounted or in the body ie:pups. Every single aspect contributes to the tone. For example... your pic. If I were to use another type...

I should imagine that as a professional musician, Steve has his strings changed for him every gig and probably during it too, sometimes, not just for the perceived loss of 'tone' (which I doubt is significant at a gig at such loud volumes), but due to trying to avoid string breakage during an impor...

How often does Steve change his strings?
Just wondering how long a set will last him for one guitar, both at home and on the road. I would assume his strings on the road last only one show...

JS 1200 into a Peavey Classic 30 with a touch of reverb...recorded with a Canon Powershot, so the audio quality isn't the best...Gonna try and record more in the next few days with the Mac to see if I get a bit better quality...Excuse the flubs!
