I'm fortunate enough to own a DSL, and yes it is a very good amp. However I do consider the JVM to be in another league. The sheer diversity that the JVM offers arguably knocks the DSL into fits.

I agree.. RI is by far my favourite album by Steve, and I am disapointed in a way that he isn't working on it as a priority. That said, everything else that he's promised us does sound brilliant, so like you say Lydian7, perfection comes at a price.

I was wondering if anyone knew what players like Greg Howe and Govan use to mute their strings. It looks to me like a hair band or something, but i'm guessing it's a little more technical Anyone have any ideas?
