What? You can see that the rectangle is angled up a little bit. It doesn't look strictly parallel at all..

I'd love a Jem 10th, they're not THAT hard to find.. I see them on E Bay every now and then, but the prices are usually sky high. I'd be afraid to buy it, because unlike some people, I like to play pretty and expensive instruments and I'm not afraid to ding them. :) The reason I'd be afraid is becau...

Steve Performing in Asia for upcoming tour...

Do you all think Steve be performing in Asia during his upcoming tour?

The reason I ask this is because of the recent outbreak of SARS, and I was curious if Steve is hesitant to tour there this time because of this deadly disease.

Steve is a very humble person and does not like to be referred to as a "guitar god."

The best compliment you can give him is his music inspires you.

How well you pack it doesn't make a difference in how much damage can occur. ANYTHING can happen during shipping, and I mean absolutley anything. Sure, having something well packed can make a huge difference in how severe the damage, but either way: It can get dropped, thrown, rolled, stepped on, sp...

A good song for me has 2 very amazing musical elements in it: Emotion and Technique, which Jason Becker, John Petrucci, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Rusty Cooley, Francesco Fareri and MANY others have. A song with all technique and no melody is a waste.. a song with all melody and no technique can somet...

Carvin Customer Support is amazing and it could just be getting damaged during shipping. They say it themselves, tubes or other amp components are likely to break or become loose during shipping which is why it is sometimes best to buy a tube amp from a local dealer. I, however, bought a Legacy Half...

No no no, I own the Legacy amp.. and what they are saying is you get a clean sound, whereas on a regular amp you turn your guitar's volume down and it is still dirty. Matched with the special feature on the Jem which allows you to turn the volume down without it sounding like the tone knob is turned...

There is no way we can judge ANY guitarist like Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, or artists similar in terms of speed or technique. I bet Steve Vai could shred as fast as Michael Angelo or Chris Impellitteri.. but he doesn't because he doesn't have to.
