What I find absolutely mind boggling is that she thought - Not only would Steve actually watch the entire thing, but that there could have been some small chance he may be totally triggered to leave his whole life for THAT!
I wonder if all of the letters she sent were any better....

Just a basic and boring 2004 Les Paul studio (ebony)
super low action and .11 guage strings. Nothing else will work for me untill
I have finished building my own custom axe.

Yeah it's a fairly hi tech system. Hard to find.
But you could probably make due with using some double stick tape,
and a plastic spine for holding together those old book reports together.

I bought a TS7 Tone Lok about a year ago. What I noticed is that it had a huge mid hump in the frequency. (I'm not a fan) Plus it seems to lack some of the higher frequencies. Also the tone knob didn't affect the overall tone untill it was almost 3/4 turned. The ultra boost switch on it has been bas...

Words don't really give justice to how awe inspiring this show was. I have never, and may never see any other band create such a sonic bombardment of perfection and emotion. especially since Dweezil had been fighting a flu, and they only finished soundchecking minuits before the show! Steve played s...

The breed totally delivers for me.
I love the energy and connection they all have together on stage.
But I am a fan of Terry Bozzio's vids. so I'd love to see him jam with the breed to see what they are capable of producing.
All in all... it ain't broke.
you know the rest...

Guilty pleasures eh? I'm going to have to go with Jack Johnson. Just feel good, simple vibes. It's the country music for beach bums. I always rip music to shreds and analyze it too much, be I don't do that to his stuff. Just sit and listen. Could be worse, I could have said Bare Naked Ladies! Unless...

Pop is definately reppetitive for it's own reasons. First: you have to sell pop music, and that means you have to write a song that holds all of the usual hooks and formulas. Well, now it has become like NuSpeak, where they have eliminated so much of the musical language - no one knows how to expres...

Vai - Lead Guitar
Billy Corgan- Rythm guitar
Paz Lenchantin - Bass/ Violin
Terry Bozzio- Drums
Maynard James Keenan- Vocals/ interpretive dance.

This band would take me to a higher place.
Or possibly prove String Theory...

What I find most aggrevating is that these days there is a bunch of adolescent no nothings saturating the airwaves with this whiny, I can't controll my hormones music. Does anyone remember a time when actually intelligent POST PUBESCENT and creative artists lavished us with alternate veiws of the wo...

What do you guys use for drum programs on pro tools?

I really need a drum kit. I'm using pro tools and had the BFD lite program, but it never worked proporly. (Bought used) What do you guys suggest for loops, and where is the best place to get them.
Thanks!

Tube amp poll:

Just wanted to see what the majority of Steve Vai fans prefer!
Sorry if the selection is limited... I tried to make it as broad as I could.
