I definitely go for Dunlop's Jazz picks, 1.7mm or thicker. They have this unique size and shape giving better dinamics and attack than any other pick I tried.

I definitely go for RGs. I ´v got an RG570 with Evolution pickups, really great for stage playing. It´s amazing how fast you can ride one of this without sacrificing sound clarity. Not an Ibanez fan at all!

Need help! Want to stamp a drawing to a plain guitar body.

I´m getting a guitar done and my idea is to stamp a drawing(in digital format) directly into the body. I would like to know if it´s possible to transfer a pattern in wood the same way you´ll do it in fabric(for example, into a shirt). Does anyone know what kind of process can achieve that? Please le...

Need some hints about pickups!

I´m getting a guitar made and I want some advice on what mic can do fine for the sound I have in mind. Basically the guitar is a mix between an Ibanez S and a Jem. The body is mahogany and the fretboard is ebony. I´m thinking of only 1 mic in the bridge, a humbucker. But also I want to get a sound f...
