My feelings were: Robert Fripp I wasn't too sure what to expect. I figured the soundscape stuff would be slightly strange and vaguely ambient but I think I also expected it to have a little more structure. I didn't hate it. But it didn't do much for me. And it did seem to go on for more than the 30 ...

Anything by SRV would be great!

Although, surely they could play 'Shy Boy' in the jam session...let Billy get in on the act as well...

Paul Gilbert is a good choice since I think his style is quite well suited to both Joe and Steve's... However, for a bit of a left of field suggestion - how about Guthrie Govan? He's, quite frankly, hardly human and one of the humblest guitarists out there...I'd love to see him ripping it up with Jo...

Re: Line 6 PODxt

im seriously thinking about buying one. i heard some great stuff on line6's web site that made me really excited about them. you can pick an amp head, choose your settings, set the head on a cab, choose what effects you use, and choose what mic you mic it with and it can be used live. it sounds alm...

Re: The Next Tour - You Tell Us...

He would like to know how you feel about high energy songs compared to ballads I like the way Steve usually manages to balance out the high energy songs with the ballads. I wouldn't demand more ballads - lovely as they are - because I love the showmanship of the high energy stuff! Would you like to...

As for the video, I think there are plans for that footage... This would be *truly* excellent... Sex & Religion was the album that persuaded my wife that Steve Vai was listenable! It quickly became one of her all-time favourite albums and we went to see Steve when he touring the UK in support of Ae...

You mean I have to choose???

It's an excellent DVD but...at the moment...I have to say Jibboom is marginally ahead by a nose....it just makes me laugh out loud with joy at the obvious fun Steve and Billy have and the bucketloads of talent that the pair of them possess...

Guitar Amp and Keyboard are fairly competitive (www.guitarampkeyboard.com) as far as UK prices go... But, the thing I've found is that many of the dealers advertising the guitars don't actually have them in stock...and the wait can be measured in months! We are poorly served for Ibanez guitars in th...

I was wondering whether there had been any updates, any more leaks of information on this yet? Any news on what Steve will be playing?

I'd love to see a DVD of this...there is some *major* guitaring talent on board...
