i saw after the floor had cleared at the end of the show why the people at the front were a little tall.
The security barrier had a step about 15cm tall that the first few rows were standing on

just got home from the Brisbane show (last of the Australian leg) Wow, best man the best. The entire band was brilliant. Steve and the whole band put on a great show, no stuff ups, having fun, and no broken EVO neck this time around. Stand out songs were definately Bangkok and Whispering a Prayer. A...

i don't know if this has been said yet cause i haven't read the massive amounts of posts about this topic but the NTSC live in astoria dvd works in Australia. I ordered mine (Amazon.com) towards the begining of december and it got here about 5 days ago. It works fine on my dvd player which is nothin...

Hey "Spiral Architect" Yes of course most of the US fans got the DVD, and I Know they enjoy it with tears in their eyes BUT....wasn't the tour's title "Alive in an Ultra World"? that means the WHOLE world not just USA....why is Europe then so left out of this? As i live in Australia (PAL) i need to know if the dvd will be out in stores in Australia, or will i have to order it?

okay i only know a little but seeing as no one has replied:

Active pickups are a type of preamped pick ups. They take a 9Volt battery (usually 9V i think) in the guitar. They are usually a lot louder pickups (well mine are anyway).

So basically a battery powered pickup.

as for linear notes, the alive in an ultra world cd slip is by far the best. Information about where/when rehearsals were and where/when it was recored. Plenty of photos and simply great detail.

Good looking CD's too.

others come close but the song is just excellent
it also touched me at a time in my life that will never make me loose the love for that song. Some songs just get stuck to you through history
