Ever just kinda drop off the map for awhile?
Well, having a kid will do that to you.
So, I have the first five releases for the Secret Jewel Box. My biggest fear is that one of the releases is going to be a limited run and I'm going to miss one.
Did I?
Thanks...

Yeah at the moment i use the EBMM nylon straps too in conjunction with (i think they are) gotoh strap locks. They always seem to come loose though and are a bit annoying, but it really hasn't been a huge issue since i haven't been gigging for a while now.... If it's a threaded peice that keeps comi...

Were at a point where we realize the importance of history. A year or so ago I was at the Hard Rock in Vegas and saw one of Hendrix' Strats and the thing gave me goosebumps just looking at it.

Ibanez Roadstar II-first real guitar I ever owned. I unloaded it because I'd worn teh frets down to about nothing on it. Ibanez RG550 LTD-picked it up used for $250. Weird little beast but was perfect for the metal band I was in at the time. I unloaded it for an eventual profit in a trade for an Epi...

The problem I had with the Dimarzio straps was that unless the guitar is perfectly balanced in the position you're playing then the tendency for the strap material to slide against most clothing can be a total pain. On my 7 strings it was intolerable after a pretty short length of time. I wouldn't u...

It might help if Steve was playing 7 strings with any regularity. At this point in time the only thing I've heard about him with anything more than 7 strings (not including the 12 string on the triple neck on tour) was the Bari 7 he took delivery of not too long ago. Fact is fact....there's more evi...

i'm sorry may be you got ripped off buying a clapton strat and keep defending it. Ripped off? Hell...the market value on that guitar has actually gone up since I bought it! But at any rate this has gone on way too long. It's apparent that you're not here to converse and discuss but try and sling in...

Re: to the clapton strat owner

Re: to the clapton strat owner
you should go outside USA and go to Europe,South America or Asia or even Africa and check the rock bars.See what kind of guitar the lead player is playing.I 'm talking about real rock and hard rock bars.not wannabes with just playing rhythms. I've always found that those who discount the necessity ...

I chose the clip for two reasons: Because it's Blue Powder (my fave song of Steve's), because Blue Powder is not often played, and because the short bit of music had a comfortable beginning and end. Mikey I agree...there just aren't enough references to that song around... The footage looks good! T...

Also, Microsoft is no longer going to make a version of Internet Explorer for Mac, which may-or-may-not be frustrating for you. Apples Safari is a far superior browser to Internet Explorer. Additionally there are at least 3 other browsers I can think off of the top of my head that work on a Mac. An...

The Clapton Strat could be another one that has been "decently" successful, but I find it hard to really accept that as a true signature guitar, since it looks just like all the other Strats... :) Well....that's one of the things that has made the Clapton Strats as successful as they are; they look...
