Re: steve's current guitar strap on his original EVO
He's had many
When I played it it had a Chrome Dimarzio cliplock
IDK if they make it
Dimarzio does have several other signature straps
If you want an extra special one get the expensive leather cliplock- I know EVO has had one at one point

Re: Error in Vaideology book?
Extended chords don't really go past 13th The 9th would be an A I also think in theory because he's saying an octave above that one- if we could voice it that way- (and because the root is not involved the 9 is the correct name- he's just voicing it different)- you are right the A above that would b...

I went, it wasn't bad Enjoyed it The keyboard player during FTLOG was hitting every note spot on and I was blown away- until I heard those little drum samples only I probably ever noticed randomly in the middle of it come through the PA and I was like- oh - it's a track If I could criticize Steve Wh...

Re: A few self-taught problems
First a little about my background- I studied classical piano when I was 4… picked up guitar at age 13- and was self taught- around 15/16 started going back and learning the right way- studying theory etc… I studied tons of theory and orchestration. I’d say I got pretty good at guitar but really ba...

Re: Pickups: Gravity Storm/Dark Matter vs Dark Matter 2
between those two i'd pick a GS I have them in one prestige... they're not bad HOWEVER EVOLUTIONS might be a good start If you don't have a guitar with those i'd try those first I haven't put the time into the guitar with gravity storms to really know their full potential BUT i know how evos and evo...
