I was so lucky to see Al play with Return to forever in the late 70's. I sat in the front row orchrestra pit at the Santa Monica Civic auditorium and spent the whole time 5-10 feet away from Stanley Clark. It was unbelievable, Chick Corea, Lenny White, Stanley Clark and Al.... They jammed for almost...

Check out Neal's first solo album called "Late Night", it has some excellent stuff on it too. I have "Voices" and "Electric World" which are a little different, but his playing is always suburb.

I'm enjoying all the comments in this Forum and there is good input from everyone. The GC here in Boise, Idaho has been a pretty good thing here which has helped keep the prices competitive with the older stores, and has a pretty good staff. When I go in there, I've usually already done some researc...

I sat in the 5th row at the 2001 G3 in Reno, Neveda and I thought John Petrucci played spectacular to say the least, so I am hoping John is back in the G3 mix in the US to play his new solo stuff.... That would be sweet!

I grew up in the 70's listening to Zep, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd and YES with my neighborhood friends, but when I got a little bit older and started to go to Live shows and Concerts in the So.Cal area, one of the first Live shows I went to was "Blackmore's Rainbow" at the Burbank Starlight Bowl and w...

I'm an "Old Fart", what can I say! Quadrofinia: The Who Made in Japan: Deep Purple Yellow Brick Road: Elton John They all had lots of awesome music and were very heavy at that time, even to this day they sound great. Parents wouldn't let me play them load so I had to wear headphones but the Old Man ...

Yes it is Great... I ordered one off of Favored Nations Website, and one of my friends won't give it back so I ordered two more CD's so I can at least keep one for myself yukity-yuk.

I highly recommend it to anyone who likes any kind of music.... It has some beautiful tracks for anyone's taste.
