Story of Light Tour continues!

#1 Post by Steve Himself » Mon Jul 01, 2013 5:28 am

Hey folks,
I just finished up the Evo Orchestra run and will shortly be writing a recap.
When I set out on “The Story of Light ” Tour, my goal was to play over 200 shows around the world in support of this record. Well the first 98 shows were so stellar and the reviews so inspiring that I’m happy to announce another 100 shows, 35 of them in the USA. These are all territories we did not visit yet and Dave, Jeremy, Phillip and I are just chompin’ at the bit to get out there and blow up the bridge!!!.
See you at the show.

S.

You know, Atlanta (and I!.) would LOVE to see you again!
If I could get my self to TN or AL, I'd would, in a heart-beat! But I'm kinda' stuck in GA. Please consider visiting again?!?

That's right, and besides his very young age, what's also interesting is how his audition happened and went like.

Very talented indeed :guitar <--- (imagine a emoticon playing keyboards, instead of a guitar)

But even so, I will not give him some roses bouquet

Just found this clip with his life story:

I must say that I'm impressed that Steve does yet another World Tour. Since I missed seeing him last time he was in Europe I would love to go this time, but unfortunately the tour will be no where near Scandinavia and doesn't come further north on mainland Europe than Osnabrück, Germany.

I'm not whinging or anything like that, because I know that it's impossible for Steve to go everywhere. But I'm curious to know, whether it's because seats are more easily sold on the British Isles, in France, Spain and so on, where Steve tours extensively this time around, than they are in Northern Europe. Does anybody know?

Although he has already hit Europe last year he's coming back to a few places that he couldn't do before. So he won't do a city that he did last year for a second time and countries like Germany, England and France have a lot more 'big' cities so to speak and there for it's 'easier' to reach people/fans, I guess
And it's also up to venues to book Steve, not for Steve to book venues. ;)
