A good acoustic amplifier

#1 Post by Bryceybhoy » Fri Feb 24, 2012 3:06 am

I'm in the market for an acoustic amp, and I want a decent one. However, I don't think I could quite stretch to the £700 AER models, so somewhere around the £300 mark?

I'm not looking to gig at all, so volume or wattage is not an issue. I just want my Nuno Bettencourt Platinium Edition signature Washburn to sing like child in the womb!

You can get a used Trace Elliot guitar amp for some decent prices. One of our band mates use it for some of his solo work. Pretty sweet guitar amp. Or you could try getting a FRFR active Speaker and go that route,
