A quick question...I need an audio program like Winamp, or WMP, but with an option to change the listening pitch...I hope you understand the question...

Audacity is awesome in my opinion...You can change the pitch, the tempo, as well as add a bunch of effects and filters...and its free! You can also slow down the video and audio speed simultaneously of Youtube and other vids by converting them into Quicktime format...
