commentaries are always my favorite art of some dvds, they can be so insightful and absolutely hilarious.

i remember standing outside the show for a while beforehand, and seeing guys taking pictures and such of the marquee and surrounding area, are those being used somewhere?

Wow, it's cool to see Jeremy relaxed and smiling! :lol: Just kidding, he's a great guy!

I too love to listen to commentary tracks on Steve's DVDs, I'm glad there will be one on the forthcoming one, and it's great there will be Annie and Jeremy on it! :)

If they are recording the commentary track it means that all the editing is done?

Yes - the editing is done. Now the audio is being mixed and the DVD is in post production.
