Did anyone attend the show? I'm surprised to not see any mention of it on the forum, but maybe I missed the posts? I'm from Wisconsin, and was very lucky to coincidentally be in town at the same time, and got last minute tickets to see the show live at the Wiltern. John 5 opened, followed by Zakk Wylde (with Billy Sheehan and Mike Portnoy), Vai, The Winery Dogs, Tom Morello, Nuno Bettencourt, Paul Gilbert, Derek Sherinian. The show was almost 5 hours long, and was incredible!

They each did their own set of about 5-7 songs (minus Morello, who did two), and they all jammed to Little Wing at the end. There's plenty of great footage on YouTube! It was awesome that everyone could come together to support Tony, and I really hope there will be another benefit in the near future.

I was there as well. I actually live in Vancouver but the flight down was reasonable and I didn't want to miss this one. Practically every guitarist I grew up trying to play was there. Awesome show.

It was also cool hearing or reading about attendees like Sheehan, Portnoy and Eddie Trunk calling it one of the best concerts they've ever had.

Awesome! It was funny because the week before I got tickets, I was talking about about how I needed my Vai fix to see him live again. Last time I saw him play was 2012. I never thought I'd ever get the chance to see John 5, Wydle, Sheehan, Portnoy live.....then to see Paul Gilbert, Kotzen, Morello, etc....what a treat! Many thanks to all the guys who played and put the show together, and best wishes to Tony!
