Hi R1FSR,
Hi Jenn,
I have the issue too, you know ...
I first thought that my account had been hacked but this is not the case.
Hereafter the email exchange with Jeroen (from more recent to oldest):
Message subject: Re: Account hacked ?

Glad to read you, J
Hope you are doing fine.
And good "luck" with the tinkering (I need to look that word up ...)
And if I don't get the chance to write to you before, let me wish you a Vai-derful New Year.

Don't worry, your account hasn't been hacked. We're tinkering a bit with some session settings etc.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hello Jeroen,
It's been a while since I sent an pm to you
Hope you are doing fine.
I just would like to know if my account has been hacked.
Since yesterday (December 18th), whenever I am logging to the Message Board, I receive this message :
" You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to solve the CAPTCHA below."
And I can only log in if I put my login + password + answer the question about Steve's guitar
Am I correct ?
What do you suggest me to do in this case ?
Thanks for the feedback and IT support
Have a nice evening
QuokkaBy the way, changing password doesn't solve the problem.
If you want to log in, you need to complete all the fields : Username + Password + What is the name of Steve's main guitar?
