Music on title screen of "Where the Wild Things Are"

#1 Post by afaruler159 » Tue May 11, 2010 2:42 pm

Hey everybody! I was wondering if a tab or a music download exists for the music that you hear during the title screen of "Where the Wild Things Are." Steve hits some really sweet chords, and I would love to figure them out. I think the music also appears in the credits, but I can't remember for some reason haha! :P

That song is called "Par Brahm", and if you have the "Where The Wild Things Are" CD it's the last track on the disc. If you really want to learn it, you can start from there, I don't think you even need to slow it down, since it's relatively easy from a technical point of view. It's more of a "feeling" song, you get to exercise your phrasing skills with it. I too think it's beautiful and that it fits very well the place Steve gave it.
Good luck with it!
