Check out this baby. RG570 body painted by Herc Fede, neck made by Herc. It will have a clear pickguard, green pickups and controls, and powder cosmo hardware. Still a month or 2 away from completion but you get the idea!

I know what you mean - I cringe when someone cuts a monkey grip and lion's claw in an RG, paints it up, and calls it a Jem custom, and I'm not going to be going around telling people this is a custom Jem.
