If you don't wanna count the Heartfiel Talon II, my first Ibanez was a '92 RG570 with Air Norton/Fast Track 1/Steve's Special pickups. Easily my favourite guitar out of the seven I have.

I replaced the trem and the pickups and now it's ok.

The original parts weren't that happening

Rg 270 black.

The trem is the worst, so I sold the guitar and I buy a prestige one.

Ibanez DTX120 (Matt black). It was my 15th birthday and I was going through a huge metallica phase at the time, I saw this in a guitar shop and nearly creamed myself. £179, bargain. I didn't even play it through an amp, I pretty much lifted it off the wall and bought it straight away. Then I got home and realised it didn't have 24 frets or a whammy bar, I was ragin'. Still, it's a fantastic guitar and is still one of the best I've ever played.

hewhoshreds - My first Ibanez was a DTX120 Destroyer, also. It was about 5 years ago now, a sunburst flame maple one. I regret selling it in some ways, the only real issue I had was the 22 frets. It was pretty good to play though.

I have a JEM7VWH and a RG7321 now. I'm thinking of buying an RG or another JEM should Ibanez choose to release a halfway to interesting one next year.

I got my first Ibanez 2 weeks ago. It's a Mirage Red RG 1570 Prestige.
I love it.

I am saving up for a UV777 and JEM7V. Wish the UV777 sting came with a monkey grip.

My first was an Ibanez RG 570 (original with heel plate), second was an Ibanez RG 570 (AANJ with bubinga stripe), third was an RG 520 QS, fourth was an Ibanez Musician MC 400 (1978), fifth was an Ibanez JEM 7VWH (just came in today). They just keep getting better.

Next on my hit list is an Ibanez Les Paul copy (or a Custom Agent), then perhaps an Ibanez Destroyer Korina (Jap Ash) Explorer copy.

My first ibanez was an Ibanez SA220FMTL. Sweet guitar for a great price, loved Ibanez from that day on.

Hey Mikey, you should do something about this pornography this guy is putting up, unsafe for my eyes!!!

My First Ibanez i got was June last year, and i was damn lucky!...
I saw this beautiful guitar in a music shop, and i knew i had to own it! It was priced at £330, i found out it was an S570, limited edition, and also found out its rrp was 600 pounds when it was out in 2000! WOWWW, so i called up to order it, but it was taken, someone had ordered it before me, i was shocked!!! I got over it by the next day, but just then i got a phone call "Hey, Iain, would you like to buy an Ibanez?" WAYHEY!!!!!

It's the best guitar ive ever played, thinnest ibanez neck i believe, and i played loads of guitars over 1000 quid. And i recently shoved a Tone Zone in the bridge, which is workin out sweetly.

I am 14 yrs old. I been playing Schecters since I was 9 and my 1st Ibanez is a JCS21, s/n 15116 mint condition , it' features 22 jumbo fret five piece neck thru construction, slim S series body style, 2 Dimarzio PAF pro humbucker pickups with 5 way selector switch with coil tap, LoPro edge bridge and locking nut, mahogany body, Japanese fabric top with matching headstock, one volume and one tone control. It came with a nice Ibanez custom fitted hardshell case, custom strap locks, and certificate of authenticity. My dad found it in a used music shop in Idaho and traded his Schecter plus a hundred. He said the guy didn't know what he had because he only wanted $500 dollars for it. Is it true that there were only 12 made? The guy at Wild West Guitars said it was, it is a primo piece of art!
