Line 6 Vortex Digital Modeling Guitar

#1 Post by The Prez » Fri Jul 11, 2003 11:21 am

STeve Morse, John Herring, John Scotfield, and others have tried it according to Guitar Player. Has Steve Vai tried out the Line 6. If a similar post has been made, sorry, lead me there, and I'll remove this one. It's about 1000 bucks. I'll probably wait for a strat model. Didn't like the neck of the Vortex. (man, I hope they put more weird instruments on there, like the Obe, Sitar, etc.)

they've tried it? that means absolutely nothing.

I tried a plastic BC Rich once, that doesn't mean I endorse it (assuming a company would want to put my name with something for publicity... maybe someday  )

I believe the name of the guitar is "Variax", unless it has different names in different parts of the world.
