I recently purchased a Ibanez Jem 7vwh and I was wondering if it was possible to bring it to a meet and greet via evo experience and get it signed. If anyone has been to a meet and greet and knows what goes on and if thats allowed please let me know as i am very interested

i'm sure you'd be able to do it if you go to an evo exp

the venue might not let you leave to put the guitar in your car or something- but they might.

be prepared worse case to have to have it on you doing the show

Yup, go for it. I got my Jem signed at an EVO exp. last year.
Steve's happy to sign stuff, just make sure to find a place to put it after the EVO experience is over, because you may not have enough time to take the guitar home and the venue might not let you keep inside during the show.
