Just got The Forgotten Part 2 by Satch down, so I'm cleaning it up and getting comfortable with it atm. Learning a few Journey songs like Lights just to see what Neil Schon's phrasing is like under the fingers, and trying to get SRV's Pride and Joy down on the acoustic.

Nothing to hard really, cept the open string rhythm in pride and joy can be quite awful if you don't watch it.

My Tutor is taking me through writing and recording an instrumental track which is pushing me in areas I'm weak.
It's frustrating but eventually rewarding, trying take after take to nail a rhythm or clean up sloppy picking as well as learning how to be creative with chord progressions.
I never enjoyed my lessons this much.

Cheers Ains :D

Scott Henderson's:

- Gittar School
- Tore Down House
- Dolemite

Tore Down House is for a little cinema&music show we'll do on May 10th. Gittar School is for myself, to have some of that hot blues on my hands and so is Dolemite (I learnt some interesting passages here and there)
