The last wicked solo in Freak Show Excess. No doubt. And I still get this warm nice feeling when I listen to the song, Touching Tongues. I love that song so much and the solo's are cool! :)

John Petrucci's solos on Under A Glass Moon, and The Spirit Carries On, that one always gives me goosebumps...

Uli Roth's Sky Overture! More for the composing of the whole thing of course. I mean just because the whole solo is not play five million miles per hour does not make it less of a solo. Still Uli shreds quite will at the perfect moment on this one. :D

Get the live version where he plays the exert and he plays legato while using a yo yo ah ha ha ha
