G3 2007 DVD?

#1 Post by Splish » Sun Jun 24, 2007 2:23 am

Appologies if this has been covered

But does anyone know if a DVD is being released? I think it would be intriguing to hear a G3 without Steve and those that don't believe me, watch this

Enjoy

omfg, joe freakin unleashed. Petrucci does his thing, PG puts down the drill and raises the bar, then satch just blows the roof of the mother and kicks it into overdrive lol. God damn please let that show be in the DVD if one does get released, that rocked so hard.

I certainly hope there is a DVD. I really like all of the others. The different lineup would be a nice change of pace. Peace.

I'm pretty sure Joe said on his site there won't be a G3 DVD this year... It sucks, cuz it was an amazing G3... Paul gilbert should be lined up again, definitely...

Did anybody see any cameras at any of the shows? If they recorded one of the shows we could maybe start a petition, but if there's no footage around there's no point in trying.

I really wish artists would tour Europe more extensively. I would have loved to have seen this last G3. But it seems to be getting worse, since even this Vai tour merely skirted central/northern Europe to race down to the sunny south. Not that I blame them...

From what that video showed: a hell of a lot.

Personally I'd love to have Steve there too but you have to get more diversity in there otherwise it's just going to get stale. It's Satch's baby.

I really hope there is one. I have the others and like 'em. I have so many CDs that I am focusing on DVD concerts this year. G3 2007 would be a must-have for me. Peace.
