Joe Satriani - Super Colossal
I passed on the photo with Joe as I always look bloody awful in those type of photo's and I'd have ruined it, you know rabbit caught in the headlights type thing, although I did have one taken with the guitars on stage.
John said they'd be up once he gets back to California so it could be a while.

I can't wait!!!
Tomorrow I'm going to see Satch in Sweden, Malmoe. It's actually my first time seeing Joe as a solo act. Saw him w/ G3 in Sweden '04 but that was WAY too short.
Unfortunatly Johhny A won't be warming up the crowd before
Well, guess you can't have it all...

Live, he's not getting away from shred. He must have played a zillion notes yesterday in Malmö. GREAT CONCERT!!! REALLY REALLY GREAT!!!The Prez wrote:Hey, long time i havent been here. I really enjoyed the new album. I like the fact that he puts a lot of emotion and feeling into it. SOme may not like he's getting away from shread but i am. id like to see him go in a new direction.
Dave LaRue adds almost a whole new dimension with his awesome bass skills.
Thanks Joe!

I attended the show in Saarbrücken (Germany).
I don't know if it has been mentioned before but Adrian Legg plays support for all non-UK tourdates in Europe. (Great player, check him out!!!)
Setlist:
Flying in a blue dream
The Extremist
Redshift Rivers
The Meaning of Love
Cool #9
The Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing
Super Colossal
Just Like Lightnin'
Satch Boogie
Always with me always with you
One Robot's Dream
Ice 9
Circles
Surfing with the Alien
Encore:
Crowd Chant
Summer Song
The songs are not necessarily in the right order but I think these were all they played that night. They had Jam-sections in most of the songs and played for 2 hours!
Great concert!!!

Got my pics to. We have been told not to give out the url to the site where the pics are stored so I will respect their wishes, but for those of you who were premium ticket holders, if you change the numbers in the address bar, you can see pics from the entire tour. (SSSHHHHH)
