Deep Purple - Perfect Stranger! That big heavy riff just after the chorus. It kills me! :)

All of that whole album has great rhythm playing, even underneath spectacular soloing as on Mean Street. EVH was and is a totally great rhythm player as well as the all round total package rock guitar player.
