Is it rear routed? And are the inlays white dots or little mirrors or something else that's cool?

Yes it IS rear routed.
due to the 77 in the name

think of it like this.
JEM77FP
JEM77DBK

are ALL backrouted, and the Bad Horsie guitar's name for memory is
JEM77BCH
which stand for
JEM= It's a Jem 77= routing(backrouted in this case) BCH=Colour(Black,Chrome)

It's Black on the back and what not, and Chromed out everywhere else.

Most 77's are backrouted with a CLEAR pickguard :-( just so it can show off its look.
ALL the swirl and DNA and FP and BFP .. and so on are Clear pickguards.

Hopefully the BadHorsie guitar will have the Chrome pickguard off the JEM77DBK.
like Steves.

but i highly doubt it. [sarcasm]woohoo, clear pickguards[/sarcasm]

The inlays should be just normal White Dot Inlays. POSSIBLY screw inlays.. like the 77DBK and 77BSB.
They will definatly NOT be LED's like what steve has.. lol as that would be VERY expensieve Per guitar.
Where steve got it done, it costs about $1200 NZD.. thats about 700 USD
jsut to do the work on the neck..

Cheers
>>S-G<<

PS. mikey, any luck finding out from steve if the pick-up's are EVO's, and also, find out if the pickguard is clear or mirror..

PPS. Try "borrow" some more pictures of the Bad Horsie guitar (JEM77BCH)

forget where i read it, but the pickguard is clear as far as i know. although given the chrome finish, i'm sure a lot of us (myself included) didn't realise.

The pickguard is mirrored, not clear.

There are several continuity issues with the Jem's 7, 77 and 777 line.
The fact that it says 77 does not nesecarally mean that it's rear routed, it's most likely not because of the non-clear pickguard.

Btw, there was ni JEM77DBK, that was a Jem7DBK.

Btw, the code for this one appears to be Jem77BRCH (Black Reverse Chrome).

That dude's eye is seriously blue.

He looks pretty wise... I'd bet he could shred. Kind of like a Yoda thing.

I don't understand what "reverse" would mean. Wouldn't "reflective" be more likely?

Jem77BRCH (Black Reverse Chrome).
I think the new guitar is black on the reverse/backside.
And Chrome/mirror on the frontside.
