Don't know about Steve, but I can tell you that I love good veggie lasagne or some home made garden pizza. Something to be said for a hearty bean soup in the chill of Winter, too.
But when the weather turns to warm, give me the fixins for a crazy salad, and I'm the happiest girl you'll ever see 8)

As long as it's vegetarian, though, I'm pretty *ahem* Flex-able

OK... yes, that was kind of a bad one. :|
But I just couldn't help myself

Mmm... pasta. I could get in so much trouble with pasta! Too easy to start, too hard to quit, even when you've probably had enough... (Spaghetti night can be sooo dangerous, here, LOL!) Especially since I've learned how to make a killer yummy sauce without any meat in it. 8) (though I still have to make a pan of meatballs for my sweetie and his mom...)
Ah, the sacrifices we make for the ones we love...

Mushrooms... Do you like to cook 'em up in a particular way, or just add them to another dish.?. (or both?) I'm always looking for good mushroom ideas...

This year I've cut out carbs completely on a strict diet I've started, a typical meal for me would be: Chicken Breast and fill the plate with spinach, a little salt & lemon, with olive oil... followed by either: red grapes, 2x oranges or melon!

breakfast? 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, an apple (pink lady preferably), vitamin c tablet & water and an omega 3
