At least just going from memory, I cannot recall ever hearing that....

The "led em go" part from the Riddle comes to mind but I don't think that's a talkbox.

"Led 'em go" is just a multi-layered chorus of people saying the phrase....

There's a Whammy pedal involved for sure, maybe some wah too.
The over all effect, however, is pure Eventide...
