Hmm. Makes me want to call the airline now. If I wasn't heading there at the end of this month, I would have gone for sure.
Whoever attends....Have a blast!

lol just out of curiousity I checked the website of the venue and it already said "sold out" within less than one hour after Mikey posted lol.

Must be a very interesting show musically, I'm hoping the event will be filmed.

That is radd! I love Morello. I wonder how much Steve agrees with his politics. Quite alot I guess or he wouldn't be preforming with his nightwatchmen project. Wonder what he'll be playing?

A couple of iPhone photos from the show can be found in the Vai.com Tour Blog.

Enjoy!

I find that very hard to believe. Where and when did Tom say that?

You can't steam in here and make claims without direct quotes and sources please.

Thank you,

wasn't steaming. didn't think that was going to upset anyone lol.

the first clip that pops up on youtube when you search "Morello"

i saw that clip several months ago not knowing much about Tom's music and remembered a comment he made something along the lines of "dj's are making the music that is interesting to me these days, not the two handed tapping guitar players stuck in the 80s"

he then went on to play something on his guitar sliding his hand across muted strings and playing with the toggle switch emulating a DJ scratching sound and the audience at this talk show went crazy over it hah. i found the video annoying. but i must be in the minority because he certainly has earned himself a massive fan base.
