Vai with Elton John?

#1 Post by Splish » Sun Jul 08, 2007 2:09 am

This is probably nothing, I feel quite nervous about posting this...

But one of my friends said that Steve played guitar with Elton John at the recent "Concert for Diana". People in England will know what this is; basically it was a charity concert that was arranged by Prince Harry and Prince William in memory of Princess Diana and help various charities.

Anyway, I looked on youtube briefly for it, and nothing. Anyone hear anything/ see anything about it?

I've watched the Elton John performance, didn't see mr. Vai, besides, if he did play with EJ, it would've been mentioned somewhere on this site...

No Vai with Elton as far as I remember at the Diana concert but it looked like Greg Bissonette was playing drums with Spinal Tap at wembley for the Live Earth gig yesterday!
